3 hour Bay Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellations made 3 hours or more prior to the start time:
Receive a 100% refund. We appreciate your early notice, which allows us to make the time slot available for other guests. - Cancellations made between 15 minutes and 3 hours prior to the start time:
Receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 15 minutes prior to the start time:
Unfortunately, no refund will be issued. This policy helps us ensure that our time slots are utilized effectively and fairly.
Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling or modifing a booking can be done upto 3 hours prior to the start time without penalty.
Bookings cannot be modified with less than 3 hours remaining.聽 They must be cancelled.
All cancellations and reschedules are DIY and are processed automatically through the 糖心vlog官方入口 Golf App.
Golf Lesson Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the lesson start time:
Receive a 100% refund. Your timely notice allows us to reallocate the slot effectively and gives our instructors the opportunity to make alternative arrangements to fill the time.
Fair Use Policy
The cancellation and rescheduling policies are subject to fair use. Any abuse may result in the loss of cancellation and rescheduling privileges and in some cases you may be banned from using our facilities.
